This competition is a WorldCDF World Championship Qualifying Event.
Our packages provide you with the opportunity to dance against some of the best dancers from around the World.
Workshops will be provided by our top choreographers.
We offer a full three day weekend package which includes: your competition pass, all-you-can-dance registration, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, wine or water with your meals. (a soft drink for children)

Covid Cancelation
If you cannot travel and have to cancel your reservation due to a force majeure cause, more specifically, if the country of origin or destination is closed and it´s not possible to travel, the Hotel WILL refund all monies paid.

The cost is 21€ each way (42€ return).
This is not exclusive to MED2MOVE and passengers from other hotels will share the coach.

Viajas Galaxtur work within the Hotel AR Diamante Beach and arrange transfers from Alicante Airport direct to the hotel in Calpe.

For flights arriving between 7.00 a.m. and 23.55h, they can book a shared transfer for you. The price is 21 € per person each way. The shuttle service works with a maximum waiting time at the airport of 1 hour. For departures, they arrange the pick-ups and will communicate your pick-up time the day before your flight.
If this timing does not suit you or you prefer a more exclusive Service, they can arrange a private transfer.
The prices for a private transfer during the event are as follows:

A private transfer for a maximum of 6 people + 6 suitcases (80x120x120)(20 kg.) cost 135 €
A private transfer for a maximum of 8 people + 8 suitcases (80x120x120)(20 kg.) cost 114 €
A private transfer for a maximum of 12 people + 12 suitcases (80x120x120)(20 kg.) cost 163 €
A private transfer for a maximum of 16 people + 16 suitcases (80x120x120)(20 kg.) cost 167 €
A private transfer for a maximum of 20 people + 20 suitcases (80x120x120)(20 kg.) cost 196 €

A private transfer for a maximum of 36 people + 36 suitcases (80x120x120)(20 kg.) cost 289 €

It is allowed one suitcase per person. If you are bringing more than that, they must know this in advance. If you are bringing special luggage, you should communicate this as well.
To arrange this transfer, you need to provide: Your full name; mobile number with country code; number of persons; your flight number; date and arrival time; city of origin; destination of the flight. This service must be booked at least 48 hours before departing/arriving time.

If the reservation is not made 72 hours in advance, it will carry a surcharge of € 3.00 / reservation.
This service must be pre-paid. The payment can be done by bank transfer (bank fees are on your charge).
